44 CAST IRON FOOT SCRAPER WITH AFRICAN AMERICAN BOY ON TOP

Boy sitting on top with legs crossed appears to be holding banjo, with scraper and brushes below which are on top of dolphin heads on footed bottom pan.  Numbered 5600 with illegible company on back.  Old black paint, otherwise fine condition.  13" h.  9 1/2" w.  12" d.  EST.  $150. - $250.
