Auctioneer’s Note: This will be a large auction that includes many great antique items from this early Adams County family. The Lafferty’s have owned the West Union funeral home since 1848 and were long time owners of the Old Wayside Inn, Ohio’s oldest standing inn still in use, that was built in 1808. Many of these early Ohio pieces have been handed down for generations.
