380 JESSEE PHIL OLMES (CINCINNATI, OH) OIL PAINTING 26" x 37" oil on masonite.  Titled "Quiet New England Village".  Signed "J.P. Olmes" and dated "1978".  Jessie Phil Olmes moved to Cincinnati in 1944 when he became an art teacher at Norwood High School.  He also taught art at the Cincinnati Women's Club.  He was a member of the Cincinnati Art Club.  Fine condition.  EST. $200. - $400.
