Myers was born in Cleves, Ohio.He studied at the Cincinnati Art Academy with Duveneck, Wessel & Weis.In 1926, he visited Monterey where he painted ocean views.He was a member of the faculty at the Cincinnati Art Academy for 23 years and active in Taos, New Mexico before moving to Pacific Grove, California in 1940.Very well listed artist.Fine condition.EST. $600. - $1200. |
