This pair of paintings is paper laid on linen with original inked manuscript titles on back of frame, one reading, "The Black breasted Dark Red Champion Who killed three in 2 minutes. Pollard No. 4 Collection 10."  Fine painting of a fighting cock with spurs at ankles, in original frame with original reverse painted and gilt glass cover, 15" x 17". The second also has inked manuscript label on reverse but top line worn, second line on reads, "Called the Bone Crusher Pollard No. 4 Collection 10," same type of frame and size as 1st.
